1. Introduction
Welcome to AttireBee. By accessing or using our website (www.attirebee.com) and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). Please read them carefully. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our Platform.

2. Definitions

• “Platform” refers to the AttireBee website.

• “We”, “Us”, “Our” refers to AttireBee.

• “You”, “User” refers to any individual or entity using the Platform, including Browsers, Customers, and Vendors.

• “Vendor” refers to a user who creates listings for clothing rentals on our Platform.

• “Customer” refers to a user who browses listings and contacts Vendors.

• “Vendor Package” refers to the paid subscription plans (Basic, Business, Premium) that Vendors purchase to list their products.

3. Our Role as a Platform
AttireBee is an online platform that connects Vendors offering clothing rentals with Customers seeking to rent them. We are not a party to any rental agreement or transaction between a Vendor and a Customer. Our role is strictly limited to providing a space for Vendors to list their inventory. We do not own, sell, rent, or manage any of the clothing items listed.

4. No Payment Processing
AttireBee does not process, collect, or facilitate any payments between Vendors and Customers. Any and all financial transactions, including security deposits, rental fees, and any other charges, are handled solely and directly between the Vendor and the Customer. We are not responsible for any payment issues, disputes, or financial losses arising from transactions between users.

5. Vendor Terms and Package Purchases

• Eligibility: To become a Vendor, you must be at least 18 years of age and capable of forming a legally binding contract.

• Package Purchase: Vendors can purchase listing packages (“Basic”, “Business”, “Premium”) on our Platform. The price, validity, and features of each package are described on the Platform and are subject to change at our discretion.

• Payment for Packages: Payment for Vendor Packages is processed through our third-party payment gateways. By purchasing a package, you agree to the terms of the payment gateway. All fees are non-refundable except as expressly set forth in our Cancellation and Refund Policy.

• Listing Responsibility: Vendors are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and content of their listings, including descriptions, images, and pricing. Listings must not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of any third party.

• Prohibited Items: Vendors may not list any items that are illegal, stolen, or prohibited by applicable law. AttireBee reserves the right to remove any listing at its sole discretion without refund.

6. Customer Terms

• Browsing: Customers are free to browse the Platform to discover rental options.

• Contact: Customers may contact Vendors directly through the provided contact information to inquire about rentals. Any communication or agreement made thereafter is solely between the Customer and the Vendor.

• Due Diligence: Customers are responsible for performing their own due diligence before entering into any agreement with a Vendor. AttireBee does not endorse or guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of any listed items.

7. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer of Warranties
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ATTIREEBBE, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, IN CONNECTION WITH THE PLATFORM AND YOUR USE THEREOF.

We make no warranties or representations about the accuracy or completeness of the Platform’s content or the content of any third-party websites linked to the Platform and assume no liability or responsibility for any:

• Errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies of content.

• Personal injury or property damage resulting from your access to and use of the Platform.

• Any unauthorized access to or use of our secure servers and/or any personal information stored therein.

• Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Platform.

• Any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through our Platform.

• Any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available via the Platform, including but not limited to any transactions or disputes between Vendors and Customers.

In no event shall AttireBee be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your use or inability to use the Platform; (ii) the conduct or content of other users or third parties on the Platform; (iii) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

8. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless AttireBee, its subsidiaries, and affiliates, and their respective officers, agents, partners, and employees, from and against any loss, damage, liability, claim, or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees and expenses, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another, including but not limited to disputes between Vendors and Customers.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including your use of the Platform, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi.

10. Modifications to the Service and Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes on the Platform. By continuing to access or use our Platform after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.

11. Cancellation and Refund Policy
The purchase of Vendor Packages is governed by our separate Cancellation and Refund Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference.
