1. Overview
This Cancellation and Refund Policy applies exclusively to the purchase of Vendor Listing Packages (e.g., Basic, Business, Premium packages) on the AttireBee Platform. It does not apply to any transactions, payments, or agreements made between Vendors and Customers for the rental of clothing.
2. No Refunds on Digital Services
All payments made by Vendors for the purchase of listing packages are for digital services and access to the AttireBee platform for a specified duration. Due to the immediate, intangible nature of these services once a package is purchased and activated, all sales are final, and we offer no refunds or credits for any partial or unused periods of a package.
3. Non-Usage
If you purchase a package but do not create any listings or use any of the package features during the validity period, you will not be entitled to a refund. The service is considered rendered as soon as the package is activated and made available for your use.
4. Change of Mind
We do not offer refunds or cancellations due to a change of mind after the purchase of a package.
5. Exceptional Circumstances
In the extremely rare event of a technical error on our part that directly prevents you from using the core features of your purchased package for an extended period, and which we are unable to resolve, we may, at our sole discretion, offer a pro-rated credit or consider a refund. This must be reported to us within 7 days of the issue occurring at contact@attirebee.com.
6. Account Termination
If a Vendor violates our Terms and Conditions, resulting in the suspension or termination of their account, no refund will be issued for any unused portion of their listing package.
7. Disputes Between Vendors and Customers
As stated in our Terms and Conditions, AttireBee is not involved in the transaction between Vendors and Customers. We do not collect rental payments and are therefore unable to process any refunds, returns, or exchanges for rental items. Any disputes regarding rental quality, damage, security deposits, or payments must be resolved directly between the Vendor and the Customer. We may provide a platform for communication but assume no liability in such disputes.
