By accessing this website, we assume you accept these Terms and Conditions in full. Do not continue to use AttireBee’s website if you do not accept all of the Terms and Conditions stated on this page.

1. User Agreement:

These terms and the policies referred to herein apply to your use of the AttireBee site, apps, and the services described hereunder and constitute an agreement between AttireBee and you.
“AttireBee/the site/the app/the company/us/we/our” refers to the website www.attirebee.com and the related apps. “You/user” in these terms means you, the user of the Site. Use of the services and the site constitutes acceptance and acknowledgment of this user agreement (the terms).

2. Agreement Period:

This Agreement begins when you first log in to AttireBee by creating an account and accepting it, and it remains in effect indefinitely unless terminated as provided in the termination clause herein below.

3. Eligibility:

The service provided by AttireBee is available only to users above the age of 18 years and those who are competent to enter into legally binding contracts.
Users may not have more than one account. Maintaining more than one account by a user shall amount to a fraudulent act.
AttireBee reserves the right to suspend or remove users from the system for any reason.

4. Privacy Policy:

AttireBee is committed to safeguarding your privacy online. Please review our privacy policy for more information.

5. Modified Terms:

AttireBee reserves the right to revise, amend, or modify these terms as necessary or desirable without prior notification.
By continuing the use of AttireBee services, you are agreeing to the Terms and Privacy Policy expressed therein.

6. Description of Services:

AttireBee provides users, after registration, access to the site and app to browse and rent products or purchase certain products listed for sale.
AttireBee may provide other services, including the sale of products, as may be included, removed, and/or modified from time to time.

7. Rental Period:

Rental periods vary depending on the subscription plan chosen by the user.
Users agree to make the product available for collection as informed by AttireBee.

8. Order Placement:

All orders (for rent or purchase) shall be placed by a user through the site/app.
AttireBee reserves the right to accept or reject orders placed for products.

9. Payment:

Users shall pay rental fees, security deposits, and delivery charges as specified on the site/app.
Payment methods available on the site/app can be used for making payments.

10. Mode of Payment:

Payments shall be made through any of the payment methods available on the site/app.
By placing an order and authorizing AttireBee to charge the applicable fees, users are entering into a binding agreement with AttireBee.

11.Delivery and Shipping of Products:

All deliveries will be made by AttireBee or its shipping partners.
Products shall be shipped to the shipping address provided by the user at the time of placing an order.
AttireBee shall not be liable for any delay in delivery due to inaccurate or insecure shipping addresses.

12.Use of Rented Products and Damages:

Upon delivery of the product by AttireBee at the Shipping Address provided by you, you assume full responsibility for the use, maintenance, and safety of the product. You agree to treat the products with utmost care until they are returned to AttireBee’s warehouse. Any damage caused to the product during transit or before returning it to AttireBee shall be your sole liability. You are responsible for protecting the product from any loss, destruction, or damage, including but not limited to theft, fire, stains, alterations, tearing, or any other cause.

You agree to handle the products during the Rental Period with the same care and precaution as you would for your own properties. Normal wear and tear are expected and will not incur additional charges. However, if a product is returned with damage beyond normal wear and tear, resulting in a major loss, you agree to pay an additional charge of up to 150% of the retail value of the product as determined by AttireBee. AttireBee reserves the right to determine the extent of damage and levy additional charges accordingly.

In case of any Major Damage or Major Loss during the Rental Period, AttireBee is authorized to adjust the penalties against the Security Deposit paid by you. If the penalties exceed the Security Deposit, AttireBee is authorized to charge the remaining amount on the credit card or debit card registered with the site/app. You agree not to dispute AttireBee’s decision regarding the determination of damage or loss to the product.

Cancellation of an Order:

Cancellation by AttireBee:

AttireBee reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for various reasons, including unavailability of the product, payment issues, inaccurate shipping details, or any malpractice or abuse by the user. If an order is cancelled after payment, the amount shall be reversed back to your card/account.

Cancellation by User:
Cancellation requests will be entertained only until the products have not been dispatched. After dispatch, no cancellation requests will be entertained. A cancellation fee of 30% of the rental amount shall be applicable for cancelled orders. AttireBee may reduce or nullify the cancellation fee at its discretion.

Return of Products:

Return after Use:
Products must be returned within the specified period in satisfactory condition. Late returns may incur late fees. Failure to return products within the stipulated time may result in additional charges.

Return without Use:
Requests for returns must be made within a specified time frame. Products must be returned unused, and any request for returns after the stipulated time will not be entertained.

Return of Packing Material:
Products must be returned in the original packaging provided by Vendor. Failure to return packaging items may result in additional charges.

Pick-Up:
Products shall be returned to the designated person at the scheduled pick-up time. Any changes to the pick-up schedule must be communicated to Vendor in advance.

Return Terms for Products on Sale:
No returns shall be accepted for products purchased on sale. All orders for sale products are final and binding.

Refunds:
Refunds for cancellations and returns shall be processed within a specified time frame, subject to bank/payment gateway policies. AttireBee shall not be liable for any delay or failure in refund processing by third-party payment gateways.

Delay in Service:
AttireBee shall not be liable for deficiencies in the operation of the Services and/or the site/app, including omissions, interruptions, loss of data, inaccuracies, or delays in delivery. You acknowledge that AttireBee may issue precautions to ensure the security and integrity of the site/app, and you agree to cooperate with such measures. AttireBee disclaims responsibility for any loss incurred due to failed or incomplete transactions.

Pricing Information in Case of Sale:
While AttireBee strives to offer competitive prices, it does not guarantee the lowest prices in the market. Prices and availability are subject to change without prior notice. AttireBee reserves the right to correct any pricing or typographical errors and may contact you for further instructions or cancel your order if necessary. No refunds are applicable for orders made under the Cash on Delivery option.

Coupons Redemption:
AttireBee reserves the right to modify or withdraw any promotional schemes, including coupons and vouchers, at its discretion. Users agree not to dispute AttireBee’s decisions regarding coupons redemption.

Offer, Schemes, and Contest:
AttireBee may introduce various offers, schemes, or contests, the terms of which will be separately available on the site/app or notified to the user. AttireBee reserves the right to discontinue any offer, scheme, or contest without prior notice. Users participating in such offers, schemes, or contests release AttireBee from any claims arising out of participation.

Unlimited Subscription Membership:
Users subscribing to Unlimited membership are entitled to rent products based on the chosen plan. AttireBee reserves the right to modify or terminate Unlimited membership at any time without prior notice. Refunds for terminated Unlimited memberships are subject to AttireBee’s discretion. Users must return all products upon termination of membership.

Equipment:
Users are responsible for obtaining and maintaining the necessary equipment for accessing the site/app. Carrier charges may apply for mobile or wireless access. AttireBee is not liable for any damages to the user’s equipment.

License and Access:
AttireBee grants users a limited license to access and use the site/app. Unauthorized use or bypassing of security measures is prohibited and may result in termination of the license.

User Account and Security:
By using the site/app, you confirm that you are of legal age to enter into a contract and are eligible to receive services under Indian law. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration. AttireBee reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts with inaccurate or incomplete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and agree to notify AttireBee immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach. AttireBee may refuse service, terminate accounts, or edit content at its discretion.

Fraudulent Transactions:
AttireBee monitors accounts for fraudulent activity and may take legal action against users with multiple accounts or engaging in fraudulent behavior. Users are liable for costs incurred due to fraudulent activity. AttireBee may delete accounts and cancel orders associated with fraudulent transactions without liability.

Charge:
While currently free, AttireBee reserves the right to charge for access to certain features or content at any time, without notice.

Limitation of Liability:
AttireBee, its employees, officers, directors, affiliates, or agents will not be liable for any damages arising from the use of the website, app, or services, including but not limited to loss of revenue, profits, or data. AttireBee is not responsible for content posted on the site/app or conduct of third parties.

Indemnification:
Users agree to indemnify and hold AttireBee harmless from any losses, expenses, or damages resulting from violations of the Terms by the user.

Electronic Communication:
By using the site/app, users consent to receive communications electronically, including emails, SMS, or push notifications.

Disclaimer of Warranty:

All content, products, and services are provided “as is” without warranty. AttireBee is not responsible for the accuracy or reliability of content on linked sites.

Third Party Links:
AttireBee is not responsible for the content of third-party websites linked to the site/app.

Entire User Agreement:
This User Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements.

Intellectual Property:
AttireBee owns all intellectual property rights for the website and apps. Users may not use, reproduce, or distribute content without permission.

Confidentiality:
Users agree to use the services for personal use only and not for benchmarking or competitive purposes.

Prohibitions:
Users must not misuse the site/app, including committing criminal offenses or sending spam.

Termination and Survival of Terms After:
AttireBee may terminate the Agreement at any time for unacceptable conduct or breaches of the Agreement. Certain provisions of the Agreement will survive termination.

Invalidity and Severability:
If any provision of the Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.

Assignability:
Users may not assign the Agreement without AttireBee’s consent. AttireBee may freely assign the Agreement.

Waiver:
Waiver of any provision of the Agreement shall not constitute a waiver of subsequent breaches.

Notice and Communications:
All notices shall be sent to care@attirebee.com or to the user’s registered email or postal address.

Contract Interpretation:
The headings do not affect the interpretation of the Agreement. Singular terms include the plural, and vice versa.

Remedies for Violations:
AttireBee reserves the right to seek remedies for violations, including blocking access to the site/app.

No Injunctive Relief:
Users are not entitled to injunctive relief against AttireBee.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction:
The Agreement is governed by Indian law, and disputes will be handled in the courts of New Delhi, India.
